What you upload
and what never sends.
The pilot stores a customer summary you are authorized to process, the rules you approve, the drafts, and the decisions. It does not send those drafts. This page is not a customer result.
Upload
Opaque IDs, not a contact list.
Use a customer-summary CSV: opaque customer identifiers and the fields the approved rules need. Omit names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, and sensitive documents. Opaque IDs can still relate to a person. They stay in the private workspace.
The pilot accepts up to 2,000 rows, 384 KB, in USD. Do not paste customer records into the contact form or the chat.
Never sends
A draft is not a message that left.
You approve, edit, or reject each draft. An edited draft has to be approved again. Nothing sends on its own. The pilot does not write to your source systems, does not place outbound marketing calls, and does not start a charge.
The public preview keeps synthetic records in the browser. Refreshing clears them. It is not an upload of your customers.
Separate from the fleet
Warehouse workers are a different catalog.
Data agents on /agents are internal warehouse workers with handlers and run history. They are what a pilot can grow into. They are not this upload, and they are not for sale from this page.
The longer privacy notice is a draft under review. It is the place for retention, export, and deletion. Read the privacy notice.
