LucidAgent is a public-records monitoring service operated by Lucid Ventures LLC. We watch public data sources and send you alerts when something changes that matches what you're monitoring.

Our alerts are built from public records published by government agencies and other open sources. We do not warrant that this data is complete, current, or free of errors — public sources publish on their own schedules and sometimes revise or correct their records after the fact.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Alerts and dashboards are for your information only. They are not legal, financial, or investment advice. Before acting on anything you see here, verify it against the original public record and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Use the service lawfully and reasonably. Don't attempt to breach or probe our systems, resell or scrape the service, circumvent plan limits, or use the data to harass, stalk, or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice first.
