Not as a consultant — as the person responsible for the entire data ecosystem running every single day. 200+ enterprise integration solutions spanning batch, near-real-time, and event-driven patterns. Every major enterprise system integrated: Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Warehouse), Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty), POS, ecommerce catalog/inventory/orders, warehouse (item master, POs, ASNs, shipments), GL posting and reconciliation. Cross-system sequencing, validation frameworks, dependency management — the full operational picture.
The customer data layer was built from scratch: Customer Master Profile with identity resolution, lead-to-customer pipelines, email engagement facts, RFM scoring, a loyalty points engine calculated from raw transaction behavior, and behavioral segmentation powering marketing automation across channels.
The Microsoft Fabric and modern lakehouse work builds on top of this foundation — not instead of it. When we design a lakehouse, build a pipeline, or stand up a semantic model — it comes from someone who has already solved these problems at enterprise scale, in production, for years.
- Designed and operated a retail loyalty points engine calculating rewards from raw POS transaction data across millions of customer interactions
- Built Customer Master Profile engine resolving identities across Salesforce, ecommerce, POS, and warehouse systems into a single unified record
- Architected full ecommerce data pipeline: catalog, inventory, price books, orders, allocations, receipts — JSON/XML ingestion through to warehouse-ready dimensions and facts
- Owned end-to-end WMS integration: item master, purchase orders, ASNs, shipments, and receipts across Dynamics 365 and central data warehouse
- Built GL transaction posting and reconciliation pipeline connecting POS, ecommerce, and warehouse financial events to general ledger
- Developed RFM scoring model and behavioral segmentation layer on top of unified customer transaction history, feeding Salesforce Marketing Cloud audience builds
